01Do I need an account to start listening?
You can explore this website and read how Tunedy works without signing in. Create an account or log in to enter the library and use the listening platform.
02What counts as valid listening?
Valid time is real, active playback while the player is open and playing. Time is not awarded when the tab is backgrounded or throttled, and skipped portions do not earn points. Playback speeds up to 2× are counted at real elapsed time.
03What are Listening Points?
You build 1 Listening Point for every 60 seconds of valid listening. Your points accumulate across the calendar month. They are virtual test data with no monetary value.
04What is the monthly Test Pool?
During the public test, the monthly Test Pool is a virtual value used to simulate how a future community reward system could work. Your simulated share is based on your points relative to all eligible points on the platform that month. The Test Pool is not money and is not paid out.
05How does Tunedy protect fair progress?
We detect throttled and impossible progression and may flag or exclude activity that looks automated. Listening Points are based only on valid listening. Advertisements never earn points or affect eligibility.
06Can I receive cash rewards or withdraw test credits?
No. Listening Points, Test Credits, rankings and displayed pool values are virtual test data only. They cannot be purchased, transferred, exchanged or withdrawn, and do not create a right to payment.
07Will a real reward programme launch?
Tunedy is not promising that a real-money reward programme will launch. Any future reward programme will require a separate announcement, eligibility rules and updated terms.
