Tunedy is an application of Toonedy Developments, an independent project operated by Jens [FULL SURNAME] in the Netherlands. When you create an account we process your email address, display name, an internal user ID and authentication records needed to secure and manage your account.

We process data about your listening, including selected content, playback progress, sessions, valid listening time, Listening Points and anti-fraud signals. This information is linked to your account and is used to operate the Service.

We process technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, diagnostic logs, errors, security events and similar identifiers, to operate and protect the Service.

When you submit the Contact form, we process the name, email address, subject and message you provide, together with the time of submission and a hashed IP identifier, in order to handle your request. You can submit privacy, deletion and copyright requests through this form.

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookies Policy. Optional advertising storage is loaded only with your consent where required.

We process the categories above to provide and secure the Service, to track valid listening and calculate Listening Points, to provide transparency features, to handle contact requests, and to comply with legal obligations.

We rely on the following GDPR bases: performance of a contract and provision of the Service, our legitimate interests in security and integrity, your consent for optional advertising and analytics where applicable, and compliance with legal obligations.

The Service is hosted and operated on the Base44 platform, which provides hosting, database, authentication and application infrastructure. These providers process data on our behalf as processors.

We display advertising through Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Personalized advertising is shown only where you have given valid consent.

We retain account and listening data for as long as your account is active and afterwards as needed to maintain accurate statistics or comply with legal obligations. Contact-form submissions are retained for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, and then removed unless retention is legally required. Where a precise period is not known, we retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described.

You can request deletion of your account through the Contact page. Certain data may need to be retained for security, anti-fraud or legal reasons even after deletion.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim perfect security.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to and receive a portable copy of your personal data.

Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
